THE LORD'S ARSENAL/ARMORY.

 

Anchor scripture.

(Jeremiah 50:25)

"25 The Lord has opened his armory

and brought out weapons to vent his fury.

The terror that falls upon the Babylonians

will be the work of the Sovereign Lord of Heaven’s Armies."



 

INSIGHTS:

An arsenal or armory is a structure where military equipment and weapons are kept. It could also mean weapons of warfare and combatant devices, moreover it could mean a military training camp.

 

In this context our focus will be arsenal, as structure that houses military equipment, and also as weapons of warfare, to unleash ferocious onslaught against the enemies of the Lord.

 

The weapons of warfare in the Lord's Arsenal could be outline as thus:

 

✝️ The blood of Jesus Christ.

 

✝️ The name of Jesus Christ.

 

✝️ The Word of God.

 

✝️ Prayer.

 

✝️ Fasting.

 

✝️ Praise and Worship

 

✝️ Sacrificial giving.

 

The above-mentioned are the ammunitions and weapons of warfare in the stocks of the Lord's Arsenal. It's our responsibility to engage the Holy Spirit of God, who is the General of the generals in the Lord's military armed forces formation, to train and equip us with the accurate knowledge on how and when to efficiently use these weapons, as we engage in the spiritual warfare of pulling down strongholds, powers, principalities and spiritual wickedness, subjecting them to the obedience of Christ Jesus.

 

 

 

PRAYER:

Father, by your Spirit, I now open your Arsenal, to access the ammunitions of the blood of Jesus Christ, the name of Jesus Christ, the Word of God, and through the tributaries of Prayer and fasting, Praise and Worship, I launch and fire in a constant bombardment to your enemies camps, to confront and destroy every strongholds, powers, principalities and spiritual wickedness in high places, subjecting them to the obedience of Christ Jesus. And I decree and declare, none of them shall escape in Christ Jesus name, Amen .

The writer is the Spirit messenger, proclaimer of the gospel of Christ, also an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB).
